Riverside Dining Room
Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our Riverside Dining Room at Liscombe Lodge Resort and Conference Centre, with seating for up to 120 guests. Traditional Maritime feasts are prepared by our Executive Chef. A variety of fresh-from-the-wharf Nova Scotia seafood, as well as local produce is featured in our menu offerings.
A perfect complement to the exquisite fare, the ambiance at the Riverside Dining Room is inspiring and entertaining. Dine by our floor-to-ceiling windows where you can observe the birds that frequent the feeders on the banks of the Liscomb River.

Herb and Mushroom Gardens, cooking with Fresh Ingredients
Our herb garden is producing a variety of herbs, from 3 types of mint to oregano, dill, chives, garlic and more. The vegetable garden is producing carrots, tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, swiss chard, beans, peas, cucumbers and radishes.
Our mushroom garden project is a chance to get out of the kitchen and work with nature and its elements to achieve something different and exciting for adults and kids to see, as well as learning and growing my skills as a Chef.
