Now hiring for our 2010 season which runs from May 2010 to October 2010.
Responsible for day to day management of culinary team, menus, and inventories for restaurant and bar as well as banquets up to 150.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a restaurant/banquets. Duties associated with this role includes directing staff in preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise.
This position is salaried.
