Presently recruiting for our upcoming 2010 season running from May 2010 to October 2010
Prepare and cook full course meals and banquets. Ensure quality of food and determined poriton size. Work with minimal supervision. Clean and ensure that the kitchen is maintained to high levels of cleanliness as to the New Castle Hotels and Resorts standards. Wash dishes and areas when required.
